617 Eastlake
Yale Campus
After acquiring the site in 1988, Blume Company Real Estate developed an 81,871 square foot, five-story build-to-suit for McCaw Cellular Communications, parent of Cellular One.
617 Eastlake supported both office and high tech telecommunications infrastructure uses for AT&T Wireless, after they acquired McCaw.
Immediately following AT&T’s lease expiration, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation leased the majority of the building. Other notable tenants include Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, TIAA-CREF and PEMCO Insurance.
Spectacular Lake Union outlook, exceptional freeway identity and access make it an enduring South Lake Union property.
