One of Blume Company Real Estate’s early ventures was an industrial development south of Seattle in the Kent Valley.

In 1989, Blume and partner Jim Garrison purchased a remote 30-acre site south of Renton.  Blume fully entitled the land for an industrial park.

The 225,000 square foot warehouse and office build-to-suit was completed in April, 1991, for Sid Eland Distribution Company (which is now K & L Distributors).

In 1996, Blume added a 50,540 square foot industrial and office building to the center for Plumbers & Pipefitters of Seattle. The Distribution and Business Center continues to serve industrial and office tenants.
