In 1983, Blume Company Real Estate teamed up with renowned Northwest Architect, Ralph Anderson, to build Juanita Heights.

Located in the Juanita neighborhood of Kirkland, Juanita Heights is a well-located suburban office building. The building’s thoughtful and modern design made it very desirable for tenants looking for office space. It was quickly leased and subsequently sold.

An enduring building, Juanita Heights continues to house Kirkland businesses today.
