4545 Roosevelt Way

University Center

The multicolored façade of 4545 Roosevelt, a highly sustainable, six-story Class A office building, creates a dramatic presence at this prime location near the University of Washington. Designed by NBBJ Architects, the project pays homage to the site’s history as an auto dealership and stands out among more traditional office buildings.  Building construction is underway, with shell and core completion slated for March 2016.

Set amid a thriving community of residential, commercial and institutional neighbors, 4545 Roosevelt is located at the crossroads of several North Seattle neighborhoods. 4545 Roosevelt will be the newest addition to the Blume Company’s University Center. The Center is located just off of Interstate 5 and in close proximity to the U District Link Light Rail station, currently under construction.

In addition to the UW, neighbors include the Seattle Children’s Hospital, the historic Hotel Deca, Sundance Cinemas, Trader Joe’s and Performance Bicycle. A variety of restaurants and bars rounds out this vibrant mixed-use neighborhood, providing a wealth of amenities for office workers.
